RASPBERRY PUREE 49 OZ OREGON FRUIT
Our fruit Puree is sterile, seedless, and should not be boiled. You can add these to your primary or secondary fermentation depending on what the recipe calls for. A great product to substitute for whole fruit but remember these are slightly more concentrated then regular fruit so use about 10% less then the recipe calls for.
Our line of Vintners Harvest Fruit Purees is designed to be used in beer and wine making applications and may not meet the needs for other applications.
