The Reserve German Gewurztraminer Wine Kit produces a very distinct and very drinkable white wine. With dominant lychee fruit flavors and hints of orange blossom and stone fruit, this wine has a citrusy mouth-filling finish. Aromas of floral notes and pepper make this wine pair excellently with spicy foods or desserts.
This kit comes with 10L of juice and makes a 6 Gallon batch (23 L) which yields approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml Bottles.
