Global Vintners Red Grape Concentrate 1 liter can be added to wine to increase color, body, sweetness, and alcohol content and does not contain any stabilizers. This concentrate is three times regular juice and the Brix is 68.
Grape Concentrate can be used with 1 pound corn sugar to "boost" our line of Island Mist kits. The resulting product improves the body and is higher in alcohol without changing the flavor of the kit.
