Willamette Hops were developed from a Triploid seedling of the English Fuggle variety. Works well as an aroma hop with a Mild and pleasant flavor with slightly spicy and floral tones. Its the most widely grown aroma hop in the US; released from the USDA breeding program in 1976. Mainly used in English style Ales.
