This Varietal Wine Base is perfect for making your favorite varietal wines all year long. Even better is that no pH or acid adjustments are required. Simply dilute the one gallon varietal base into four gallons of water and pitch your favorite yeast strain. A blend of hibiscus and other juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid and natural flavors designed to make a fermentable base for hibiscus wine blend at 18.9 Brix. The product is blended, pasteurized and can be stored at ambient temperature. Acidity: 2.4; 2.2 - 2.6 % w/w (as citric acid) (AOAC Method 942.15)
Sizing: 1 Gallon of juice to be added to 4 Gallons of water to make 5 Gallons of wine.
